While our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. Our products are supplied with no delivery charge to UK postcodes over £50.00, for our retail site, and no charge for our NHS site. There may be a delay in orders depending on stock situations and deliveries from suppliers. Customers will be informed if items are out of stock, placed on back order and when delivery is anticipated.

Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, Healthcare Europe (Scotland) Ltd gives customers a 7 day “cooling off” period in which orders can be cancelled after the delivery date. Upon receipt of the goods, if you require to return or exchange the product, you will be personally responsible for return delivery and delivery cost. You will receive a full refund for the product purchased providing the goods are in the original packaging, have not been worn, and are in re-saleable condition. We recommend that you pay for a tracked/signed delivery for your protection. If you would like to return or exchange your products please contact Customer Services on 01382 520866, Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm for a Returns Authorisation Number. If you are unable to return the product to us we can provide this service for you at various fees depending on type of product(s) you are returning. Please note that products returned without a clearly identified Returns Authorisation Number will be shipped back to the customer.
If it is apparent that products are not in an unworn and re-saleable condition on return, Healthcare Europe (Scotland) Ltd reserves the right to charge for replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition. This charge may include the cost of actual products packaging, labour and any subsequent loss to Healthcare Europe (Scotland) Ltd.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days after receipt of goods.
Healthcare Europe (Scotland) Ltd accepts payments either on-line via Debit or Credit Cards, through cheque, postal order, fax, over the telephone or by E-procurement email. All orders outside the UK mainland will be subject to a postage and package charge, which will be informed to the customer prior to the shipment of goods.

Where cheques are used for payment they should be made payable to Healthcare Europe (Scotland) Ltd. Please allow three working days from the date of receipt to enable the cheque to clear before the shipment of goods.
Individuals who are chronically sick or disabled and whose products are for personal use along with all charities where the products are made available to a disabled person for their own personal or domestic use, may be eligible for VAT exemption.
Healthcare Europe (Scotland) Ltd prices are shown including and excluding VAT (unless otherwise clearly stated). Provided the VAT exempt checkboxes are ticked along with stating the condition at checkout, VAT will not be added unless a particular product has statutory VAT. Orders which are received without ticked exemption will incur the VAT charge, which will be highlighted clearly to you through our shopping basket.
